TONTO: Are There Mosquitoes in London?

Tonto Dikeh posted these photos on Instagram today showing off the spots on her face and claiming they are mosquito bites. Are there mosquitoes in London? I don't live there so I don't know, just asking. Good thing she's leaving London tonight.
