The Gist Plus got a call from one Evangelist Esther Ochonma on Wednesday, the 19th November, 2014 at about 3.34pm that she had an urgent message for the Executive Governor of Rivers State, Gov. Chibuike Amaechi and his wife.
Still trying to get and pass the said message from the Evangelist and possibly pass it across to the Governor for urgent action to avert calamity if any.

the governor by rendering positive means through which the message will be
