Enterprise Bank In Trouble As Hackers Takes Over Database
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday arraigned two men, Ola Lawal and Abass Ajide for allegedly attempting to hack into the Internet network of Enterprise Bank Plc. The ugly development according to Daylight.ng checks is already causing panic and fear within the management of the bank alongside its high end customers.The suspects with the third person, Olumide Kayode said to be at large were arraigned on a four count charge offense bordering on conspiracy to defraud, felony, stealing and forgery before the court presided by Justice Lateef Lawal-Akapo.
According to the prosecution, Seidu Atteh, the suspects conspired to defraud Enterprise Bank. And hacked into the bank’s network with their laptop computer, router model and grabber/key logger to obtain the password of key operations staff through the Central Processing Unit (CPU). He said the defendants aimed to access the network of the bank without authority to conduct fraudulent transactions. Atteh alleged that the defendants wanted to access the CPU to conduct fraudulent transactions and transfer unauthorised money into other accounts.
He also alleged that the second defendant, Ajibade forged a Certificate of National Diploma purportedly issued by Polytechnic of Ibadan to one Ajibade Abass Rotimi with matriculation number 029511. He said offences were committed on July 10, 2014 within Ikeja Judicial Division. According to him, the offenses are contrary Sections 323, 361(1)(e), and 409 and punishable under Sections 285(1) and (363)(1) of the Criminal Laws No. 11, Lagos State of Nigeria, 2011. When the charges were read, the defendants pleaded not guilty to the four count charge. The court did not take their plea as Justice Lawal-Akapo ordered them to be remanded in Maximum Prison, Kirikiri, Lagos pending when their application would be heard. He subsequently adjourned the matter till October 26, 2015.

Train Crushes CLAM Church Security Officer In Iju
man was Thursday crushed by a fast-moving train at Iju Ishaga area
of Lagos State. Eyewitnesses stated that the deceased, Yakubu Samuel,
who rode on a motorcycle numbered BDG 601QC, ignored warnings from the
railway traffic officer about the oncoming train. Rather than wait until
the train passed, Samuel attempted to speed across the rail tracks and
was it by train.
Samuel’s identification card found on him helped to know he was a shift leader of a security outfit and attached to CLAM Church, in Omole area of Lagos.

Native Doctors Storm Imo Govt House For Cleansing Over Alleged Coffin
Native doctors and traditional rulers yesterday stormed the Imo
Government House, Owerri to perform what they described as exorcism of
evil spirits, saying they came to cleanse the state of the curse placed
by widows who protested last Tuesday.The libation-pouring exercise,
which began at the main gate
of the Government House, was presided over by traditional rulers mainly
from the Governor Rochas Okorocha’s community of Ideato South.According to TheNationalMirror,
the monarchs alleged that the Minister of State for Education, Prof
Viola Onwuliri, mobilised the widows who were brutalised in the course
of their protest march against the governor.
It would be recalled that a few days back, hundreds of women mobilized
by the Minister of State for Education, Mrs. Viola Onwuliri stormed
Government house to protest against Governor Rochas Okorocha’s administration.
Soldiers reportedly under orders from Ms. Onwuliri also heightened the tension as they positioned
one armored personnel carrier (APC) at the entrance of the Government
House. Some sources claimed that the soldiers assaulted Mr. Okorocha’s
supporters who came out to oppose the rampaging women sponsored by the
minister.
Onwuliri and Governor Okorocha have been engaged in a series of verbal
feuds, with the minister vowing not to allow the governor to work
against President Goodluck Jonathan’s re-election.
Sources said the women who invaded Government House in Owerri, the Imo
State capital, were widows recruited from the 27 local government areas.
As early as 6.30 a.m., the women assembled along Okigwe Road in Owerri,
chanting anti-Okorocha slogans. They then proceeded to Government House
with a mock coffin, but security
men attached to Government House dispersed them. Chairman of Ideato
Council of Traditional Rulers, Ajaraogu of Ogwume Community, Eze
Ethelbert, said he and the entire council of Ndi Eze in the council area
had earlier visited the traditional ruler of Amuzi in Ahiazu Mbaise,
Eze Innocent Ugochukwu, to warn their daughter, Onwuliri, and her group
against contending with the governor.
Eze Ajaraogu stated that they came to the Government House to neutralise
whatever evil the action of the widows may have attracted, as they
jointly poured libation to cleanse the Douglas House.
Pouring the libation, they prayed for divine guidance and protection of Okorocha saying:
“Our son, Owelle Okorocha, you did not cheat anyone to come to
Government House but were duly elected by the entire Imo people, so no
one will hurt you. Fear not, your people are with you and you shall
return,” he chanted.Also, the deputy chairman, Eze Peter Ewuziem of
Umuakam noted that for over 40 years he has been on the throne, “this is
the first time anyone would carry a coffin to the domain of either
civilian or military leader; any person who planned this evil must
receive it back.”
However, one of the brutalised widows maintained that she was part of the protest march and no coffin was on display. She said:
“Who would carry the coffin, is it the old women? There was no coffin
anywhere, but if they insist they saw a coffin, then perhaps their gods
may be giving them a sign of doom.”Meanwhile, Mrs Onwuliri has called on
the governor to apologise to the widows for encouraging young men to
“attack and beat up their mothers.”
She said, “Even in the Bible, there is a curse attached to such atrocity
and whoever may have participated or engineered the attack on harmless
widows, who merely engaged in a peaceful protest, cannot go unpunished.”

Bravo Magazine Publisher, Dada Eriye Dies of Accident
This is so sad and shocking! He was my boss in News of People Magazine. Mr. Dada Eriye, Publisher of Bravo Magazine, Lagos was involved in a serious domestic fire accident as he was fuelling his generator, while it was still on at about 11.30pm on Saturday February 14, 2015. He was rushed to Lagos State University Teaching Hospital and rejected by the doctors there.
They advised he should be taken to Igbobi Orthopaedic Hospital, Lagos. At Igbobi, the hospital said they have just fumigated the hospital, so they cannot admit him. He was then taken to Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) at about 2.00am Sunday morning.
Right at LUTH, they said they have no bed so they couldn’t treat him. The patient was left for hours unattended to at LUTH. After much begging and crying by those who took him there, the hospital demanded for N250,000 to be paid at that hour before admission.
Those who took him there started another round of crying and begging again that they would bring the money when bank opens by Monday morning. Sources revealed he has beenunconscious

Shock In Bayelsa Over Mass Burial For Burnt Female Politicians
Residents of Yenagoa, the Bayelsa State capital and families of the
11 female politicians killed on Saturday in a ghastly motor accident
near the Old Ahoada Market road along the East-West road of Rivers State
were yesterday gripped by shock and disbelief following the decision to
conduct mass burial for the burnt corpses of the victims.The decision, leadership gathered, was reached with the families of the victims because the corpses were burnt beyond recognition.
Leadership learnt that the remains of the 11 female politicians were conveyed to the morgue of the Federal Medical Centre in Yenagoa by a team led by the former deputy governor of the state and state coordinator of the Transformation Ambassadors of Nigeria (TAN), Hon Werinipre Seibarugu.
It was gathered that the decision for a mass burial was reached following a pathologist’s advice that the possibility of conducting a deoxyribonucleic acid test will take up to six months. The families considered the time too long to bear.
The husband of one of the victims and staff of the State Broadcasting Corporation, Mr Matthew Utolor, told leadership that the families could not identify their loved ones, adding “I could not believe that I cannot identify my wife.”
Also speaking, Mr Ambrose Ayebakuro, the 33-year-old son of the deceased former House of Assembly member, Hon Ruby Benjamin, confirmed that they had been contacted on the need to conduct a mass burial for the victims. He said, “She was everything to us. But I take solace in the fact that she was close to God.”
Meanwhile, the Bayelsa State governor, Hon Seriake Dickson visited the home of the secretary to the state government, Prof Edmund Alison-Oguru over the death of his wife, Mrs Elizabeth Oguru, following a fatal auto crash at Elele, along the East-West road.
Governor Dickson,described the incident as a tragic one, which claimed the lives of female politicians in the state.He said the news of the untimely death of the women came to him as a rude shock, described the incident as a painful and terrible blow to the state.
The members of the State House of Assembly led by the Speaker, Hon. Konbowei Benson has described death as a heartache that no one can heal, adding that only God has the capacity to console the bereaved.
The only female member of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Hon. (Mrs) Agatha Goma, representing Ekeremor Constituency I, whose sister, Hon. Zimbra Pamowei,was one of the victim said the pain of the untimely death of the women is immeasurable.

ago, Obasanjo endorsed General Buhari as the man to deliver this nation.
I was personally shocked, when I heard the news. This is because, I was
expecting Baba to stay at the touch line, and leave Nigerians to study
his body language. But the masquerade could not control his dance in the
public market. Hence he mistakenly flogged his own mother who is also a
trader in the market. Nigerians, I am left with no option than to tell
us that, these ex-generals and their boys are up to something.The issue at hand is not all about the presidential seat. But rather, the national cake (oil blocks). Less I forget, is it not the same Obasanjo who woke up and hand picked his puppet 2011, who eventually grew like Joseph the messiah of Egypt? Is it not the same Obj that told us 2011, that General Buhari is too old to rule this country? Is it not the same Obj that told us Buhari is a dictator? Somebody should have a rethink like me. We must understand the preacher's language before decoding his message.
If Obj can take a swift and prefer General Buhari to Jonathan, a puppet he dedicated his energy and resources to win 2011 election, then as an average Nigerian, we should have a rethink and ask our leaders what is so special in Aso Rock. If leadership is to serve the people, why is it that, the ex-generals finally gang up against their new recruit on account of change? If we're to outline the sins of Mr.President, are the ex- generals not guilty of such sins? One may ask why is SPEAKER taking a swift? Everybody wants change. But I am astonished the way and manner these ex- general joined the train of change. Is it that, this is the first time they heard the word change? If NO, why did they not change this country when they were given opportunity?
Why advocating for change now when the puppet body language shows he Will not renew their oil blocks licence? Why advocating for change now, when the puppet purchased equipment to monitor and reduce vandalism? Why advocating for change now, when the strong headed puppet wiped out their ghost names from the civil service pay roll? Why advocating for change now, when the puppet sacked your boys as corrupt ministers? Why advocating for change now, when the puppet refused to dump Sambo for another puppet? We want to decide our destiny with the help of God. We want to practice true democracy by using our votes to decide our future. Let the good works or antecedents of our leaders speak volume for them. Just after the presidential chat with Mr.President, we discovered that, you, your colleagues and errant boys, are spreading false informations to pave your way to aso rock.
Lastly, I challenge you Baba OBJ, #Tinubu, #Atiku and others to tell Nigerians you don't have oil blocks or you Generals are not fighting the last battle to protect your oil blocks. They won't come out and speak my brothers and sisters. They want us to believe they are fighting for us. When they have their own local refineries at their backyards.

According to the newly released dress of code of Lagos State University, the management has banned various forms of un-school-worthy dressings, including tattoos, piercings, and the use of Hijabs.

- 1) Transparent dresses, Mini and Skimpy Skirts/Dresses, Body Hugs,
Spaghetti Wears, Mono Straps, Wicked Straps, Boob Tubes, Lacey
Camisoles, Backless Tops, Cleavage Exposing Outfits, Low Neckline Shirts
and Blouses and other wears revealing sensitive parts of the body.2) Tattered, Dirty Jeans with holes and obscene or subliminal massages
3) Baggy, Saggy, Yansh, Ass level and over length trousers.
4) Tight fittings e.g Leggings, Hipster, Patra, and Lacra that reveals body shape and contours of the body.
5) T-Shirts and Tops with obscene, obnoxious or seductive inscription.
6) Chest, Bust, Belly, Backside, Arm, Thigh and Leg revealing outfits (Male & Female).
7) Wearing of loose tie, folding, holding and pocketing of tie
8) Shirts without buttons, improperly buttoned, rolling of sleeves or flying of collar.
9) Face caps or complete covering of Face.
10) Piercing of body and tattooing.
11) Wearing of ear rings by male students.
12) Wearing of nose ring, very male students.
13) Wearing of bogus distractive knocking shoes like stiletto to lectures and the library.
14) Plaiting, wearing, bonding of hair by male students.
15) Farmer’s shorts, Knickers, Tight Shorts and Slacks are allowed only for sports
16) Slippers, bare foot and bare body are prohibited.
17) Lousy, unnatural/artificial hair attachment beyond shoulder lenghth.
18) General unkempt appearance

DHL truck allegedly kills LASU student
The driver allegedly tried to leave the scene but was stopped by LASU students who seized the truck. Stanley was rushed to the hospital where he was declared dead on arrival. His family contacted DHL to report the incident and were told by DHL that the truck doesn't belong to them. Stanley's family is trying to get justice for him hence their turning to the press. Patience Jonathan and the state PDP Governorship candidate, Nyesom Wike
of organizing the disruption witnessed at the APC Governorship rally in
Okrika, the village of the first lady earlier today. Gov Amaechi made
the allegation while speaking with newsmen after the APC leaders meeting
at the Shehu Yar'Adua center earlier today
"Clearly, the wife of the president does not want APC to campaign in Okrika, her local government area. The wife of the president and the governorship candidate of the PDP in Rivers again organised thugs to disrupt APC rally.
As usual, the police couldn’t protect us, over 200 police men. I asked the commissioner of police and he said they had over 200 policemen there. Yet, three explosions and then they opened fire on members of APC. The Channels TV reporter I hear, is injured, stabbed, and members of APC injured. We had meetings with DSS (Directorate of State Security) and police and they confirmed we could go ahead.There were 200 policemen and there were over 20 to 30 DSS men who came there and they did nothing"he said.

Lady Found Lying Dead At Idiroko Road
A lady this morning was found dead at Idiroko road very close to Winners Chapel Church. Passer-by’s were stunned when they found her half naked and lying dead by a fence on the road. A closer look at her showed she was not a resident of the place and people guessed she might be from Rivers State from the way she looked. Luckily, her phone was found, but when they tried to operate it, it was discovered that her sim card was already removed by her assumed killer/killers.
All these people doing this evil jobs should remember dear is God o, seriously, you can’t just sniff life out of a human you didn’t create, do you know how it got there? Another photo after the cut.
Danfo Bus Carrying 13 People Involved in Ghastly Crash in Ikeja
A terrible accident occurred on Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos this morning. A bus driver, conveying 13 passengers lost control and got badly damaging while struggling to return to major road. it was a thanks-giving moment as no death was reported, while four people were severely injured and were rushed to the hospital.
