As someone who was know Rivers State, I know that Okrika and Ogu-Bolo
are among the most deadly and violence-prone local government areas in
the state. What happened to this guy, Charles Ekua, is just small if you
know Okrika and considering the level of atrocities that are
perpetrated there.
