Mbaise Traditional Rulers Vowed to Place Curses on Any Mbaise person who does not support Emeka Ihedioha.
Mbaise Nation have sworn to wrestle power from the incumbent Governor of Imo State Owelle Rochas Okorocha.
Chief ID Nwoga, the leader of the Mbaise Elders Council and Frontline Politician in Imo State has Declared that Mbaise people cannot afford to miss the governorship position this time around. He started that any Mbaise son or daughter that does not vote Emeka Ihedioha, the PDP Gubernatorial Candidate, should be seen as an enemy of progress. He described Ihedioha as the pride of Mbaise Nation.
In a related development, Traditional Rulers of Mbaise Communities who received Rt Hon Ihedioha recently have reminded Owelle Rochas Okorocha of his promise of a single tenure.

The Royal fathers disclosed that Governor Okorocha speaking to them at Ezinihitte Mbaise in 2010 during the Iriji Mbaise ceremony held at Okpe Ofe, promised to hand over to an Mbaise man. The Traditional Rulers of all the LGAs in Mbaise Nation have vowed to place curses on any Mbaise person who does not support Ihedioha adding that it is the turn of Owerri Zone to Govern Imo State.
