**Why are Cards Readers which will be used in verifying PVCs only been given to selected states of the federation?
**Why did JEGA and INEC NOT only register but issuing PVCs to so many under aged voters in the Northern States which is against the laws setting up INEC?........ Some many unanswered questions by JEGA. No wonder they wanted the election held on February 14.
