Lagos AGN 2014 Week Starts November 29 Through December 7 + Unveils Exciting Packages for The Week

According to report available to us shows that all is now set for the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) Lagos State chapter’s awareness week dubbed: AGN Week 2014.
The week long loaded activities, according to the workaholic chairman of the chapter and famous actor, Victor Osuagwu, in a chat with us will begin on November 29 and run through December 7.
Some of the major events embedded in the AGN Week, which is already serenading the entire Nollywood include: awareness campaigns, walk for life, special medical programmes for members well being, HIV/Ebola tests/lectures.
“At AGN Lagos State chapter, we believe in setting the pace and leading by example. We started this new initiative since I took over last year. And this year, we are taking it to the next level. We have several activities lined up for our week. There will be gala nite/awards, then our beauty pageant, AGN Most Beautiful Girl. We will also visit motherless babies homes. Friends and well wishers are also invited to our carol nite and other memorable events will all take place in this loaded week of fun and unrivalled entertainment,” disclosed the witty actor from Imo State.
Speaking further, Osuagwu added that a seminar and symposium that will have the revered duo of Barrister Ozekhome (SAN) and Dr. Don Pedro Obaseki, as lead speakers would also be part of the programmes for the week. As well as a novelty match between AGN and Lagos State government officials.
“All these events and activities aimed at celebrating the many successes of the Lagos AGN will come to a glorious end on Sunday, December 7, with a thanks giving church service in the morning, while in the evening, we will have our end of the year party. We are invited all lovers of Nollywood and well wishers to these events,” Osuagwu concluded.
Meanwhile, a world press conference, where Osuagwu and his excos are expected to unveil plans and activities for their forthcoming and anticipated week, holds on November 24, at a yet to be disclosed venue and time.
