OMG: See what this man is doing to this woman in public

It seems like though he lost his golf ball in there… and why the heck is she laughing like that?

Is this the real Emmanuel Eboue dissing Nigerians on Twitter?

I'm beginning to think that this may not be the real Emmanuel Eboue, though quite a number of people believe it's him.

The Ivory coast football player (if it's really him) is taking his criticism of the Super Eagles to another level by slamming and insulting Nigeria as a whole. See his Tweets below.

Husband Snatching Among Nollywood Actresses A Curse or What?

Some might question me for writing this piece owing to insinuations by some actresses in Nollywood who have labelled me as 'Nollywood marriage destroyer'. But those who know me too well will testify to the fact that I am not always happy with controversies in Nollywood marriages.

I'm just compelled to write about this issue now because Nollywood seems to derive joy in giving the entertainment industry in Nigeria a bad name.
Happenings in Nollywood, especially about marriages of actresses, give me worries a lot. To those who see me as one of the most 'hated' and 'wanted' journalists in Nollywood, I will advise you to see the 'sense' in my 'nonSense'.

You can never love this industry more than I do. People like us just have to talk or write on issues to make things go forward and well. I wish I can rub many backs just as some people do, but if this is my calling, see me as that positive opposition that is passionate about moving Nollywood forward. We cannot all write your good and let the bad destroy us underneath all because of what? When I need to praise you, I do, but when otherwise, I won't hesitate to do that.

Each time I hear about how actresses settle for a 'second wife' or have destroy another woman's once happy home by marrying their husbands just to be called 'Mrs', I feel hurt and ask myself the simple question, is Nollywood cursed or under a spell?

With all the single, cute and financially buoyant dudes in Nigeria, actresses would just prefer to make an innocent child and mother cry. They prefer a father to abandon their wonderful kids just to be with them (actresses). I hope you feel the hurt I am feeling inside of me right now.

There cannot be a perfect union, as I'm also not spared of it, but as a public figure, because of the enormous task on their shoulders, celebs have to be extra careful with whatever they do. Many blindly look up to some Nigerian celebs who shouldn't be a role model to even a 'match box, that doesn't worth more than N5'.

Like I told my boss yesterday, not everything the eyes sees or the ear hears, I write. Most Nollywood stars, I make bold to say that, are not worth being a role model. If journalists write everything they see or hear, hmm.....I will keep a sealed lip on that because that is another topic for another day.

Back to the issue, I think it is very imperative for Nollywood stars, especially the actresses, to do a proper clean up of themselves. They need to ask themselves many questions.

Many actresses have disappointed their fans by destroying some once happy homes, they have wrecked the joy of some mothers and children all in the name of getting married by force.

Like I will always say, I wish I can mention names. I will keep refraining from such for now. Don't get me wrong, I am not scared of anybody, I mean anybody. For me, like my father and my family lineage, I am a fearless being. The more I am being hated or intimidated, the more I write what would make you hate or intimidate me the more.

The industry needs to come together to unravel the misery behind Nollywood giving Nigeria's entertainment industry a bad name. We hear less of husband snatching saga in the music or other entertainment sectors in Nigeria. If it will take Nollywood to meet with Prophet TB Joshua or Baba Adeboye, these names I mention with due respect, on this issue, Nollywood should just do that and save other presently happy homes from being wrecked by any actress again. Hmm, 'ewu n be loko Longe, Longe fun ra lara re, ewu ni' a Yoruba adage meaning 'there is danger in the farmland of Longe, Longe himself is danger. 'He who asks the way does not lose the way,' an adage in English says.

I keep asking myself, is the husband snatching scandals in Nollywood a curse, a mistake or what? My mind tells me that answers to these questions lie within Nollywood.

In my usual style, like the Yorubas say, which I will tell Nollywood now is that, 'aja t'oba ma sonu, ki i gbo feere olode' meaning 'a dog that will stray never hears the hunter's whistle' because 'Aigbofa la nwo oke, ifa kan o si ni para' also meaning 'only fake diviners look unto the ceiling, for there is no answer written on ceiling. Ka Chineke mezio ku (Igbo language). 'Obhihu', as they say 'Thank you in my Ishan language.

THE GIST PLUS: AND THE LORD SAID..The Book of AFCON 13 vs 1 - 12

11.    And on that day when the Super Eagles had gathered in the burning bush against the Ethiopians of the eastern Desert, Keshi, the leader of the delegates gave directions to the people, but they listened not.
2. And Keshi knowing what awaited him at Abuja knelt down in his heart and cried unto the heaven saying "My God, my God, please do not forsake me, give me only one chance."
3. As soon as he spoke those words, the Lord heard his cry, and the Holy Spirit descended on the burning bush in the south of Africa where the men had gathered and said to Moses the Son of Victor, "Moses, go ye forth into the 18 yard box of the Ethiopians."
4. And Moses hearkened unto the voice of the Lord and ran into the 18 yard box of the Ethiopians. And behold, a defender of the Ethiopian Army brought him down and caused a penalty.
5. And when this had happened, Keshi knew that the lord had heard his prayers and used Moses to cause a big scare for the Ethiopians. So he beckoned unto Moses to
open his ears to the voice of the spirit and hid the commandments of the Lord.
6. And the spirit came unto Moses again, saying "Moses, play ye the ball into the left
corner of the Ethiopian net. And when Moses had done this, the Eagles recorded their first goal in the burning bush.
7. And the spirit drove Moses into the 18 yard box again and caused another great scare in the defense of the Ethiopians which made the keeper of the Ethiopian army
attack him unwisely and got a red card from the Moroccan Judge of the southern Court.
8. When this had happened, the people could see the hand of God on Moses. And Keshi knowing the way of the spirit, said unto Moses "because the Lord had used you to deliver the people of Nigeria out of the hands of the deadly Ethiopians, you shall go forth again and take the penalty.
9. Thus, as the Lord would have it, Moses brought down the Armies of the Ethiopians by placing the ball beyond the reach of the make-shift goal keeper who the Ethiopians had brought against him.
10. And when Mikel the son of Obi saw these things, he became jealous and said in his heart "see this small boy, for him mind, e go dey think say him play pass me, now because say e score 2 penalty and I miss 1. I go soon do am wetin Drogba do Torres. Then em eye go clear."
11. And when the draws were made, it was said that the Super eagles of Nigeria would go to war again with the elephants of Ivory Coast, where Drogba the son of
Didier was captain.
12. When Keshi the son of Stephen heard these words, he cried unto heaven and said "My God, My God, Why has thou forsaken me? For he knew that the defeat would be mighty, else the Lord send a Prophet. But am here to tell Keshi, "Fear not, for that same God that delivered the eagles out of

‘I Caught My Randy Husband Pants Down With Our Neighbour’s Wife’

”He didn’t make love to me for eight months.”After our wedding, I stayed for five years without an issue. Throughout the period, life was unbearable for me.

”I developed high blood pressure in the process but my husband did not feel concerned.”

These were part of the testimony of a 39-year-old woman who urged an Agege Grade ‘B’ Customary Court to dissolve her 11-year-old marriage over battery and threat to life.

Mrs Oluwatosin Abiodun, a trader, of 5, Bemil Street, Ojodu, Lagos, told the court that her husband treated her like a slave and made life unbearable for her.
”I lived in hell on earth. I lived in fear, pains and anguish. I kept all these to myself because I didn’t want my home to break”, Oluwatosin said in her evidence-in-chief.

”The worst part of it was that my husband was dating a neighbour’s wife and even brought her to my matrimonial home and I caught them pants down.

”My husband is now married and the other woman is right inside his house. ” While with him, he would beat me with iron rod. He pampered me when I was delivered of a baby, after that, he resumed his beating habits. “I am tired of the marriage.

I want the court to end the union and grant me custody of the children. The 42-year-old husband, Olatunji Abiodun, an engineer, did not appear in court. Meanwhile, the court president, Mr Emmanuel Shokunle, adjourned the case till Feb. 19 for judgment.

"I'm not interested in marriage' Seun Kuti says

The Afrobeat prince who recently turned 30 told an Encomium mag reporter that he 'doesn't do marriage' when asked when he plans to get married...

"No, I don't do marriage. Anything that I stand the risk of potentially losing half of my earnings is not something I look forward to. Anything that has the potential of that for any reason whatsoever, I try not to indulge.

Married Gospel Singer Caught in Bed With Lover

This was what Tuface Idibia did to several ladies and today he's "struggling" to marry one of them.
A popular gospel musician was recently caught red-handed in the act with his girlfriend.
Consequently, the randy musician (name withheld) has dumped his wife of five years for the small girl. His wife said she found him with the girl in bed in their matrimonial home. According to the wife, the girl he was sleeping with is in her early 20s.

After being confronted, this gospel singer abandoned his wife and fled with his sexy girlfriend and, sources say, the two are currently hibernating in another area of town. The musician had a two-year-old daughter with his wife.
Below is what the wife said about the incident:
"I was coming from home when I found my husband in bed with another woman. I had heard rumours in the neighbourhood about this girl until I caught them red-handed. I don't know what I did to him that has led to this incident. I can't believe this."

Why Does Peter of P'Square Keep Impregnating Lola Omotayo?

This unjustifiable act has been troubling yours truly for some time now but THE GIST PLUS decided to wait till after Lola's delivery before I raise my concerns. The attitude of some male musicians with regards to their ways with ladies is just not encouraging. These guys keep putting ladies in family way with impunity.

Our focus, however, is on Peter Okoye and Lola Omotayo. Note that the lady is Yoruba, before some folks 'cash in' on this and call it another post against a particular tribe.

Please, what is wrong with Peter Okoye that he has decided to keep impregnating Lola without taking her to the altar? Or is getting a woman pregnant at will his own definition of marriage?

After Lola gave birth to a baby boy for him in September 2008, out of wedlock, I thought it was a 'mistake' and that Peter Okoye would do the 'right thing' shortly after. But I was wrong; nothing happened. Rather, he impregnated her again and, on Tuesday, she gave birth to another child for him, this time a baby girl.
But my question is: As what? Is Lola just a 'baby factory machine' for Peter Okoye or what?
This was what Tuface Idibia did to several ladies and today he's "struggling" to marry one of them.
