34-Year-Old Man Caught Raping A 3-Yr-Old Girl, Charged To Court
The incident, which happened at 3/5, John Crescent, Igando, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria, was reported at the Igando Police Station.
The accused, if found guilty, risks spending aminimum of five years in jail under the Criminal Laws of Lagos State. Five years in jail for raping a 3 year old child?
According to the girl’s mother (name withheld) who spoke with P.M.NEWS correspondents, Kehinde was one of her neighbours and she left her daughter in his custody to get drugs for the girl when the man allegedly took advantage of her.
“I was going to make my hair in the salon when I discovered that my daughter’s temperature was high and I told Kehinde’s wife to help me take care of her. But she asked me to leave her with her husband since she also wanted to make her hair and that we should go to the salon together.”The girl’s mother said she was shocked when the door was eventually opened and she discovered that the girl had been defiled.
“It wasn’t up to ten minutes after I went to get the drugs for her that I returned to the house and asked Kenny (Kehinde) to open the door but he didn’t. Instead, he told me that the girl was sleeping, that I shouldn’t bother myself about her.
Then I asked him to at least open the door for me to see my girl and he said that he was in the bathroom.”
“I insisted that he opened the door. At this point, my daughter was lying down on the bed but was not sleeping. I asked him why he told a lie but he did not respond. I only observed that my girl was looking rather disturbed.
“When I opened her pant out of suspicion to check her, I saw sperm in between her thighs. I got really mad at him and asked him what happened but he went really wild and told me that he did not do anything. ‘How could I have raped her?’ he asked me and whenneighbours came around, they were also as surprised as I was,” she narrated.
The doctor’s report confirmed that the girl was defiled following the tests carried out on her.
It was also alleged that the accused had pleaded with the family to settle out of court but the girl’s family insisted that they wanted justice to prevail.
When the matter was initially taken to the magistrate’s court, he pleaded not guilty andwas granted bail in the sum of N250, 000 with a surety and the matter was adjourned till Friday, 22 February, 2013.
However, the matter was tranferred to the family court. The court did not sit on 22 February and the matter was adjourned till 8 April, 2013.

Is there any part of your body you that men can’t resist?
We have the physical aspect and the spiritual and other aspects that surround that question. When we talk about physical attributes, it has to do with my shape, it has to do with whatever you think you can flaunt. For example, at a nightclub where you are expected to dress in a manner that portrays a club girl, in that case, I think I have something I should be able to flaunt.
I have got bóobs (laughs). On a serious note, it has to do with your educational background.You have to be educated. The way the worldis going now, you must be talented and outspoken. You must be an extrovert and must be able to face challenges. I think I have a sound educational background and so too are my physical attributes. So, I am well packaged.
You must be having it tough with men because of your shape and boóbs. How do you handle that?
My boóbs and shape do get me attracted to men just like it happens to every other lady that have got it but I think I have been able to handle it well. Besides, it is really no big deal to get advances from men because it’s like a daily routine, but its left to you as a lady to be responsible and respect yourself.
When would you get married?
Having a man to oneself is another job entirely. You have to search, open your eyes and pray. Its not something you just say ‘okay, I love him’, while what you have for him is not real. Some will be in love at the beginning but later, as the year rolls by, the love goes off. As regards when I will marry, Iwill keep you posted.
How often do you have séx?
I read in a magazine that if you can have séxlike three times in a week or more, it’s reallyanother form of exercise. So, séx is good. But how often I have it is personal and not for the public to know (laughter).

The new Allegations is by Bola Animashun and according to her she met Yemi 2 years ago on facebook and they started talking and before they knew what was happening,they had exchanged Bbpins.
She says Yemi started persuarding her to seehim and she had been declining him. Yemi finally got angry and sent Bukky a message saying she will die for not seeing him.

Wife Makes Husband Impotent With Love Charm So He Won't Sleep With Young Girls
Unfortunately, the love charm was too powerful [and probably fake] hence it has left the man, a practicing medical doctor, impotent.
Police spokesman in the state, Mr. Famous Ajieh, confirmed that the suspects, who are cooling off their heels at present at the stateCriminal Investigation Department (CID), were alleged to have connived to render thevictim (the woman’s husband) impotent with love charms.
He said that the suspects – Mrs Ebere and thenative doctor, identified as Ojokwu - upon interrogation had confessed to their acts, adding that the victim, a well known medical practitioner, had been having problems with his wife.
According to him, the woman had sought help from the native doctor around Ugbolu community near Asaba when the bubble burst. She was said to have in a desperate mood consulted a friend who introduced her to thenative doctor who charged her N250,000 and she made an advance payment of N150, 000.
What was supposed to be love charms to turn off the husband from other women, eventually backfired when the man's attempt to make love with the wife failed. He tried severally but to no avail.
