I Married My Husband Because He Impregnated Me; I Regret It ––Actress Juliet Ibrahim

I told you guys that actress Juliet Ibrahim's marriage to her handsome husband has packed up, right? Well the séxy babe has come out to give her side of the story and why she regretted her once happy marriage.

She claims that the marriage was a big mistake in the first place that should never have happened because she only married her Kwadwo after he got her pregnant when they were into "rough playing" things.

As a result of the unplanned pregnancy, Kwadwo agreed to marry her so that they can give the child a home and start a family together. But to her dismay and constant agony, Kwadwo’s family never supported the marriage and even failed to show up during the marriage ceremony in open display of their disapproval and lack of support.
What further made the whole issue worse was that about a year ago, Kwadwo got involved with another lady who also had fair complexion and she started competing with her for the love and affection of her husband...
Juliet got very angry at her husband because the fair complexion of the said lady was as a result of bleaching and she wondered why her husband would fall for somebody like that. LMAO!! Men are unpredictable!
They couldn't manage the crisis that followed hence the marriage collapsed. It was also after the breakup with her husband that her relationship with Nigerian actor IK Ogbonna started.
Juliet Ibrahim's affair with IK Ogbona is kind of shaky but the guy is hoping that they will get along in a bit.

Woman Gives Birth After 14 Years Pregnancy In Lagos

Saturday June 7, 2014, will remain the happiest day in the life of Mercy James. Reason? That was the day she miraculously gave birth to a baby girl after 14 years of being pregnant.

The baby was aptly christined Miracle. And why not? If the mother had delivered at the expected time the child would have been a teenager by now and possibly in secondary school at the JSS 3 level.

Mercy, a single parent, speak about her ordeal for the 14 years she was pregnant but could not give birth:

“When I first took in, I knew that I was pregnant with signs and test that confirmed that I was. Four months later, I went to hospital for another test, the result showed that I wasn’t pregnant, but had fibroid.
"Subsequently, I began to experience bleeding, at least once a day. Sometimes, my tummy would protrude in the semblance of pregnancy. I went to different hospitals, and I kept on receiving the same result that nothing was wrong with me. But deep down inside, I knew that all was not well with me...
Churches and native doctors
“So I was taken aback when a midwife told me I was pregnant. But considering the test which showed I had fibroid, I was angry with the midwife for giving me what I felt was a false prophecy of hope. Thereafter, I started going from one church to another and from one native doctor to the other. The results that I got from them all remained the same. I became more feeble and confused that I prayed for death to come.

“I went again to the midwife two years after and complained to her about the pains that I was going through, she told me again that it was not fibroid but pregnancy; she advised me to be more prayerful so that God will deliver me from the hands of the devil. I kept on praying and at the same time asking myself that if truly I’m pregnant, why is it that the baby was not kicking?

“I bought many concoctions that they said could cure fibroid and drank them. I even drank 12 bottles of a local cleanser but to no avail. This went on for years. Then God took pity on me and decided to wipe my tears.

"On the day I gave birth to my baby girl, I initially thought that worms were trying to come out of my body not knowing that it was a baby. This was what I told the midwife when we came to her. But after examining me she told me to push.

"I ignored her. I became unconscious for about 15 minutes and when I regained consciousness, I heard the cry of a baby. I was surprised and confused seeing my baby. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Hmm,I thank God for my life and that of my baby Miracle. I named her Miracle because she is truly a miraculous child”.

Miraculous child
According to Vanguard, the midwife at the Celestial Church of Christ, Kadoso Parish, Ajegunle where Mercy gave birth confirmed the development, especially the role she played.

The woman who simply gave her name as Mrs Ajetima informed thus: “She was pregnant for 14 years and was unable to give birth during this period. Then on Saturday around 6:30am I saw two persons carrying her to this place. When she came inside, I laid her down and asked one of my daughters to examine her, after the examination, I found out that it was a baby that was about coming out and not worms. I asked her to push and she refused. My daughter gave her a hard slap on her laps since she refused to push.

Behold a baby with placenta came out! I started shouting, calling on people to come and see for themselves that Mercy was truly pregnant, because if not, people will start to say that that Celestial woman has given Mercy a baby. Within a twinkle of an eye, the whole place was filled with people. God is wonderful”.

Also affirming the happy development, Mercy’s closest friend, Odunayo Odeyemi had this to say: “I have known mercy for over nine years now. I met her with the pregnancy . In fact, she did not know that she was pregnant. I followed her to many places but her problems kept on increasing. Merely looking at Mercy then before she gave birth, you will notice that she wasn’t okay. I kept advising her to have faith in God because I had experienced the same thing. I was pregnant for three years and three months and God delivered me.

“Mercy came to me on that fateful day around 4am begging me to give her a pain reliever, that she was having pains all over her body. I dressed up and took her to a man that sells drugs. After taking the drug, on our way home, she started having serious pains. I called her brother and we both took her to the midwife. Hours later, she gave birth to a bouncing baby girl. We all were surprised because we never expected such a miracle to happen. She had a complete baby.”

Robert Davidson, one of Mercy’s friends, said that he concluded after seeing Mercy with a protruded tummy for three years that she had fibroid. So, “it came to me as a shock to learn that she delivered a bouncing baby girl.”

For Chidimma Ibe, a neighbour: “She always complained to me that she had stomach pains all these period. She told me that she had fibroid and sometime, she will complain of different things. She was totally confused as to what her condition was. I’m very much surprised and happy she gave birth to a complete baby girl. It was truly a miracle. God was on her side. God is wonderful because all the concoctions she took were enough to kill the baby.”

When asked about the father of Baby Miracle, Mercy said that they got separated on account of the ordeal that attended her pregnancy. “Friday is the name of my baby’s father. Actually, we are not married. He just proposed to me and I became pregnant for him. He knew about the pregnancy. He always gave me money for tests and scans but he got tired and left me after waiting for me for over a year without seeing any sign of a baby. I have no option than to go my own way,” she informed.

I'm Now Sleeping With Another Man Because Of My Husband

Dear The Gist Plus Fans,

The way some men treat their wife is not good. If you know you can't cope with one wife just marry another one legitimately and stop the nasty act. Now see what a man pushed his wife into:

I have a problem and I need advice from fellow readers of your blog. I got married to my husband in the year 2011 and our marriage has been consummated with a girl child. Our marriage was working smoothly until my husband got an offshore job to work with an oil servicing firm based in port Harcourt last year June.
Ever since then, he hardly comes home. Most times he comes home just for the weekend once in two months and even when he comes he hardly touches me. I have spoken to him about this and he keeps telling me it's because of the stressful nature of his work.
I am tired of tending to the baby at night alone and things got a head recently when hormones got the better of me and I ended up sleeping with a male colleague of mine at work...

Ever since this incident, I have been contemplating divorce because my husband led me into this shameful act. I would have loved to relocate from Lagos to Port Harcourt to be with him but he claims he works offshore most of the time.

Please your constructive advice is needed on how to handle this issue because I know this will not only benefit me but also several women in the same situation.

Ritualists Den Busted In Lagos Church; Female Agent Strippéd

The Gist Plus Magazine gathered on
Wednesday that the nefarious activities of Pastor Nwankwo, who runs a popular church in Ikorodu area of Lagos has been exposed.

God exposed the evil doers when one Mrs Rosemary Chukwu kidnapped a 7yrs old boy, Emeka, for rituals by her pastor. Rosemary kept the boy in her toilet and engaged her children in a prayer session, apparently to make noise and prevent her co‑tenants from hearing the abducted boy’s cry for help.

Back in the abducted boy’s home, located four buildings from Rosemary's house, his mother became worried over his where-about. She raised alarm which caused some boys to start conducting a search.
Rosemary even came out and even suggested to the boys areas where they should search for the missing boy. Later She was said to have been sighted with a suitcase on her head, accompanied by her four children.
An eyewitness, Oyetoye Gbemi, said: “She told us she was travelling to the village. But one of the area boys who was among the search party, ordered his colleagues to search the box.
“Immediately she heard that, she flung the box away and took to her heels. We all suspected something was amiss. When the box was opened, Emmanuel was found inside, half dead
“The area boys descended on her and strippéd her nakéd. On interrogation, she confessed that her pastor, the General Overseer of Holy Family Ministry (a.k.a House of Mercy), asked her to bring the boy...
“The area boys followed her to 319, Lagos Road in Ikorodu where the church is situated, where they saw her pastor waiting for her. But on sighting the crowd, the Pastor took to his heels.

“But for the arrival of Policemen from Owutu division, the woman would have been lynched. The angry mob also attempted to set the church ablaze but were also prevented by the policemen. They, however, succeeded in torching some parts of the property.”

That was how a ritualists’ den was uncovered at Ogolonto area of Ikorodu Lagos, with at least eight victims, said to have been kidnapped from different parts of the country, rescued.

One of the victims, a 52-year‑old man, who identified himself as Onwurah, alleged that his wife had a hand in his kidnap, saying he had spent two years in the enclave.

According to Vanguard, Mrs Rosemary Chukwu, who resides at 33, Omologede Street, abducted the young boy, Emmanuel Emeka, on his way to fetch water from a public well at about 6.30 a.m.

Ritualists’ den uncovered
According to Vanguard, when they arrived, a crowd had gathered, giving varying accounts of what happened. To the surprise of all, another building said to be used for ritual by Pastor Ernest Nwankwo was discovered.

The building located at 7, Oshodi Street, was behind the church. Some area boys uncovered the building while they were chasing the fleeing Pastor. The mob forced some apartments in the building open, where they found an undisclosed number of persons in chains.

The victims were said to have recounted how they were kidnapped from Anambra, Bayelsa, Ogun, Oyo states at different times. One of them, according to eye witnesses, who pleaded anonymity, said she was kidnapped 11 years ago.

According to an eyewitness, “the woman said she is about 50 years old and that she was kidnapped along the Lagos/Ibadan expressway while returning from a vigil. The rest were males and were wearing briefs. They looked haggard and tired.
"The area boys set them free when they opened the apartments. I believe some of them should be with the police. There were also ‘Ghana must go’ bags of currencies . The area boys looted some of the things they met before the arrival of the Police.”

I was abducted from Anambra 2years ago —Victim
When Vanguard visited the den, there were bloodstains around the building and a particular apartment where those alleged to be in chains were kept, was opened up. The apartment was dark and was littered with dirty cutlery suspected to have been used to feed the victims and a bowl which contained suspected human blood.

A 52 year‑old man seen in chains told Vanguard that he was kidnapped two years ago from Anambra State. He said he used to be a commercial bus driver before he was abducted and brought to Lagos.

The man said he could not join others to escape because the key to his chain could not be found. When he was asked if Pastor Ernest Nwankwo was responsible for his abduction, he charged at him, saying: “Do not call him a pastor. He is not. He is a killer and a ritualist.”

Actress Uche Ogbodo's Marriage Breaks Up While She Is Still Heavily Pregnant

This is so sad! When I got received this story I thought it was all false until I got further confirmation and found out that it is true that actress Uche Ogbodo who was saying sweet sweet things about her marriage and her husband in the media few weeks back is now out of the marriage, with a big tummy.
Uche, who got married 10 months ago have confirmed to SDK that her marriage is over and she claims it was because she found out some big lies her man told her before impregnating her. See details below:
Hello Uche, I have a few quick questions for you. I heard your barely a year old marriage has crashed, is this true?
Well that may be true but what isn't true is that it wasn't really marriage yet because it wasn't fully formalised, we were still in the process of formalising it when all hell broke loose, so I was merely Engaged to be married to Ato Ubby.

It was just an introduction? Why didn’t you clear that impression all this while?
I just felt there was no need to do so because the wedding plans was to follow shortly, unfortunately it didn’t because things didn’t work out the way it should. I walked into a no-win situation.

What happened?
This is really a hard question to answer, but all I can say Is that barely one month into the Engagement and in the process of planning a formal wedding I realised I had made the greatest mistake of my life. The foundation of the Union was based on Lies and Deceit..shocking lies. We had been dating for almost year and I thought I knew it all but nothing prepared me for what unfolded.

Is he married already?
No, he isnt married to anyone else.

You got pregnant in the process?
On the verge of trying to salvage the situation I found out I was expecting a child. I kept quiet to the rumours making the rounds because I was left with the option of thinking for my child and trying to salvage a dead situation but now I have finally made up my mind to break off the Engagement and my reasons are irreconcilable.

Uche so you are saying you never got married and the engagement is off?
I just want to be left alone to take care of my child. Stella I wasn't married I was engaged to be married but as things stand now, the engagement is officially broken due to irreconcilable differences and since I am having my baby soon, my Doctors has advised me to rest as my health and that of my Baby is the most important thing right now.

So you are the one walking away and not him?you want to go into details?
Yes I am the one walking out on the pack of lies, I am not going to pretend because I want to be married, I am not desperate and I would rather swallow my pride and accept I made a big mistake than forge ahead in lies. I am sorry I cannot go into details because I do not want to trade words or run my ex down because he is the father of the child I am carrying.

I am sorry if keeping quiet misled people into my status was already married. The excitement of looking forward to birthing my child kinda numbs the shock and disappointment but I will be fine.

So, after the introduction, the planned marriage was dead on arrival?
Exactly and all this while, we have been trying to settle the issues, that's probably how you got hear of it.

Woman Kills Self After Son Died During House Demolition, As Residents Cry Out Against Police & Soldiers Terrorizing Them

Pandemonium took over the popular Kubwa-Zuba expressway yesterday, when angry natives of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) staged a protest on the ever busy expressway following the death of a woman and her son during the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) demolition of Aluguyi Village, popularly known as Lungu Village in the FCT.
The protesters who started the protest at about 12 noon, barricaded the expressway with burning tyres and bricks, protesting over the lives that were lost during what they described as unannounced and inhuman demolition of the community by the officials of the FCDA.

According to a witness, Mr Joshua Iyah, officials of the FCDA in company of well armed military personnel stormed the community at about 10am, and started demolishing houses along with their belongings, not minding if people were inside or not.
“During the demolition, a primary school boy came home from school tired and hungry, not understanding what was going on, he entered their house to change from his school uniform and as he was still inside the house, that was when the bulldozer demolishing their house and blocks fell on the boy.
“Attempts to rescue the boy were not successful because the military and policemen were using whips against us. They even prevented his mother from rescuing him. The boy died immediately. When the mother of the boy saw what happened to her child, she took a broken bottle and stabbed herself to death”, he said.
JethroIliya, another eye witness said that they initially started the protest inside Gwarinpa estate, but when there was no response from the FCT minister, Sen. Bala Mohammed or relevant authorities, they decided to move to Kubwa-Zuba expressway to express their grievances.
“To make matters worse the policemen shot two people, when we were protesting over the two people shot, the military men started shooting again in the air. As I speak to you, two people are dead and two are currently in the hospital.
“What wrong have we done as natives of Abuja to have given our land to the federal government? We have given enough! They have collected our farmlands, we were quiet, now they are coming to chase us out of our houses. We have so many graduates everywhere, but no job, yet they will say we are not educated.
“Enough is enough, we have been pushed to the wall. This is just the beginning, we cannot take this anymore! Was it a crime for us to have given our land to Nigeria? This is too much, we are not animals. They should do the right thing in Abuja, before it is too late,” he said.

Soldiers Now Driving PDP Candidate Fayose Round Ekiti

The Presidency is using Police and Military in Nigeria today like houseboys. This is the worst I've ever seen in all my days as a journalist. How can soldiers ever be neutral when they have become drivers to Fayose?
I've not seen it before, that a soldier is driving a civilian who is standing trial for corruption to campaign. Sad!

Several months ago, this actor Chiwetalu Agu was asked if he had ever rejected a movie script before, he said there was no need to reject a script because even in the worst written script, there are still some lessons to learn. I guess he was talking about scripts like the one he's acting here. *lol!* See more pix below...

Ladies and The Negative Side of Indecent Dressing

Indecent dressing simply means deliberate exposure of one’s body to the public. This practice is contrary to the acceptable norms and values of the society.

Moral decadence on the other is a reduction in the level of morality in the society. Do you observe that most (ladies) had gone haywire all in the name of the dressing?

The other day I screamed when I saw a girl whose parent barely fed well, dressed with half of her breast and buttocks outside.

The trouser she wore is such that half of her buttock was out, with beads and terrible make ups and I heard her mum telling her “to have a nice day.”

Some girls have been embarrassed and even abused because of their outrageous outfit.
Indecent dressing is the major cause of the various assault and sexual harassment recorded in the society, over time. As a result of civilization, Nigeria ladies dress half naked to occasions all in the name of fashion’ and this is contrary to the prestige placed on African women. For instance Nigeria ladies derive pleasure in wearing cloth such as mini skirt, bumper short, armless e.t.c.

As a lady you must be cautious of the kind of clothes you put on. Do you know your dress create impression about you either positively or negatively in the heart of people?

Your dress could show if you are responsible or irresponsible, serious minded or unserious. Dressing in a manner that parents, society and religion frown at is not civilization. The way you dress show whether you are respected or not.

Most ladies now walk on the street half naked, with tattered clothes all in the name of fashion. Also, some innocent guys have been arrested along with armed robbers just because of the way they dressed.

I see no reason why a child from a good home should relax or keep dreadlocks, piercing his ears all in the name of fashion. There is a saying that “you are addressed because of the way you dressed.”

Nowadays, different styles of dressing are in vogue – low west, hot bosom, sagging etc. All these have the society’s moral value to its lowest ebb.

In a nation that is endowed with varieties of culture and traditions, it is annoying seeing this culture and traditions going into extinction. Nigerians find it difficult to dress in their local attire as it is regarded as “old and archaic.”

Indecent dressing is an habit embraced by all ages in the society. It has been inculcated by both the young and the old.

It is common among celebrities, particularly among artistes. This set of people, while on stage will want to look unique and in the process turned themselves into lunatic.

They wear tattered jean with holes, tight fitting shirt, some even go to the extent of wearing ordinary pant while on stage. All this is the cause of juvenile delinquency. Most of the under age children engage in early sex as a result of what they watch on Television as well as what they saw among their older siblings.

Sadly, most ladies have been sexually abused because of their mode of dressing.

The question is: who do we blame for these social malady – the parents, the society or the peer groups?
