The first time I saw this funny picture it reminded me of some of my 'scary' experiences as a young Journalist/ Tv Producer back in the days, particular at the peak of the military rule.
The situation got so bad in South-West states that it became a "normal thing" to see security officials take off their uniform in a bid to escape from "battle fronts".
Who or what is chasing these senior police officers? Alternatively, who are they chasing?
